Click the up arrow next to the share screen button in the zoom meeting control bar and then click advanced sharing options.

There are two ways to prevent participants from sharing their screen during the meeting.
The audio controls allow you to change the microphone and speaker that zoom is currently using on your computer leave computer audio and access the full audio options in the zoom.

The host controls will appear at the bottom of your screen if you are not currently screen sharing.

Click on the personal meeting room tab or the meeting title which you d like to add the waiting room to.
Sign in to the zoom web portal as an administrator with the privilege to edit groups.
Click the group name then click the meeting tab.
Step 4 on the meeting details page scroll down and click the edit this meeting button.
In the navigation click user management then group management.
During the meeting click the security button on the zoom control bar only available to hosts and co hosts and click enable waiting room.
The active participant can share screen video chat and speak during the call.
Click on the meetings tab on the left side bar menu this should be the default when you login to the zoom web portal.
